reaction. I liked the convienence from his office to my job. The staff was pleasant at the office but over the phone they come across a very rude. Typical receptionists, rushing off the phone, placing on hold without notifying etc.
My last visit with Dr. Rowe I was given a full allergy panel. The nurse was talking during the procedure and stopped and lost her place during the pokes. When it was time for my skin test to be read she was unsure (which was concerning) so she had another nurse come in to "check". I was told I was allergic to much more allergens. I asked for paperwork to be filled out for my employer.
Dr Rowe said this was fine and he would have his adminstrator fill them out. I called a few days later and my paperwork was no where to be found, placed on a hold a few times then the lady came back with an attitude saying Dr. Rowe would not fill them out. Explaining my condition didn't warrant it. This was completely different from what the Dr. told me. I requested my own medical records and was told they don't release them to the patients. I find this very hard to believe that a patient can't receive a copy of their records. This office is disorganized, they only care about billing your insurance and sending you on your way to potentially die from a severe reaction.
I would not go to this office. I stayed for a year because I'm the type who tries to keep the same doctors throughout but this last incident was enough for me to go elsewhere.
