        Located in Novi, Mich., the Novi Police Department is a full-service law enforcement agency that provides patrol enforcement, crime prevention and reporting, neighborhood watch, identity theft security, and personal and home safety services. It maintains the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), which deals with high-risk and dangerous situations, including barricaded persons, high-risk warrant arrests, explosive devices and heavily armed criminals. The Novi Police Department supports Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.), which is an international education program that seeks to prevent the usage of illegal drugs, gang activities and violent behavior. The department also offers services for the victims of domestic violence, including emergency restraining orders and court-ordered transfers of the physical custody of children.

        Overall

        Very pleasant people at this department. However, be careful when you are driving in Livonia. The police officers follow women and stalk and threaten them for personal favors.

        If you complain it will get worse and they will retaliate.

        Chief Caid is a coward or this would not be happening!
