Red Lobster is one of my favorite places to eat. It is a nicer restaurant, but still affordable. I like how the live lobsters are on display at the front on the restaurant. My boyfriend and I only had to wait 2-4 minutes to be seated, and our drink orders were taken immediately. We received our drinks within 1-3 minutes afterwards, upon which our waitress took our appetizer orders, as well as, we elected to also ordered our main entrees. The appetizers came out quickly and well prepared, and then shortly (but not too quickly) thereafter our meals came. Both my and my boyfriend's steak were cooked correctly, and the waitress even waited while we cut the steaks to make sure we were satisfied with their preparation. I thought this to be a bit awkward, as I was not planning on eating my steak first. However, the gesture was nice. After our meals, the waitress suggested desert; we decline. Thus, she brought us the check and any take-home boxes we requested. After paying, she cleaned off the table a couple times too many, implying that it was our time to leave. This bothered me slightly. Overall, though, it was a good experience.
Red Brick's food and service has definitely evened out over the years. You get large portions for reasonable prices. They offer very nice specials in addition to a widely varied base menu. In my opinion though, their beer is the specialty. They have a great selection of the normal beers and fantastic beers created inhouse. Check it out on Tuesdays for their $0.99 beer special!!
I love their deep-friend pickles. They are awesome. Also, the crab pretzal is exceptional, I get it every time I go there. Great Atmosphere. Only one bad thing is that when they are busy, you might have to wait outside with this cool buzzer beeper thingy.
