        These people are CROOKS! They shipped a china cabinet all the way to Florida knowing it was covered with mold. And now that I discovered it, and had it confirmed by an environmental engineer, they are refusing to assume responsibility for the defective product. They want ME to pay for all the shipping costs, which amount to as much as the cost of the cabinet. They want to get me stuck with a moldy cabinet, even though I had repeatedly indicated IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

        Claims made well after arrival, credit card company did not refund this sale and ruled in our favor-because of late claim, and offers to have the item refunded after returned, Or offered item cleaned to customer satisfaction, all have been offered. Sellers beware customer prefers to profiteer, lambaste and extort , after over 30 years serving the Westchester and Fairfield counties we have never dealt with this meanness.
