I've been going here for a few years now, and I love it! You can't beat the price, and the receptionist is very friendly and knowledgable

cannot beat the price

It's the only tanning salon in my area, it's not super updateupdated nor does it have extremely fancy beds but 40 for a level 2 month of tanning? Wayyyy better than anywhere else and upgrading to any bed in like 2 bucks, friendly staff and I always get a nice dark tan!

all about money

I have been to CB when new owners bought few years ago and I felt very warm and welcomed, after not tanning for a bit and deciding to return where I am used to I returned to CB with the same new owners Debbie and family. The place looks the exact same as it did when first taken over. The speakers do not work or are not loud enough so I have to get through my session using my mind instead of relying on music. While I was there another customer was having an issue with the facebed unit. I noticed a standup unit with a crack at the bottom which made me nervous of danger or unsafety. I noticed after several visits the owner Debbie is never there, thus meaning her two daughters under the age of 21 run the salon and that makes me uncomfortable. Do they know what they are doing? I noticed there is still no computer system which was promised when Debbie first bought, everything is still on paper with messy handwriting. The specials are written on a whiteboard every month instead of nice printed paper. There is not much organization here. I am upset with the way this salon has gone downhill. It seems as if no money is going into the salon, just money be taken from clients. I have finished my pkg but will not return to CB. I would rather my money go to a place I feel and see more pros to cons.

I HAVE LIVED IN NORTON FOR ABOUT 4 YEARS NOW AND HAVE BEEN GOING TO CB SINCE I MOVED IN. THE OWNER WAS ALWAYS NICE AND THE HAD CONVIENT PRICING ARANGMENTS BUT IT LACKED IN THE PRESENTATION. SINCE THE NEW OWNER HAS TAKEN OVER (DEB AND FAMILY) THERE IS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT ATMOSPHERE THERE. WALKING IN THE DOOR THEY HAVE PAINTED EVERYTHING TO A BRIGHT AND COMFORTABLE COLORS AND NEW FURNATURE, DESK, WALL DISPLAYS THAT ARE VERY INVITNG. MOST INPORTANTLY IS HOW CLEAN IT IS. THE BATHROOM AND TANNING ROOMS ARE JUST GREAT, I AM A CUSTOMER NOT A FAMILY MEMBER AND I INVITE ANY ONE THAT USE TO GO HERE TO RETURN FOR A VISIT AND YOU WILL SEE AND FEEL THE DIFFERENCE. DEB AND HER STAFF ARE GREAT AND THEY TAKE PRIDE IN THIER NEW PLACE OF BUSINESS AND IT SHOWS. AND I AM WRITING IN CAPS AS I HAVE A HARD TIME READING WHAT I WROTE LOL. DEB I AM SO GLAD THAT YOU ARE HERE!

this place is ridiculous, always drama, the owner is a drunk and a psycho,they never change their bulbs, and they don't clean the beds. DO NOT GO THERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Did not like it here.

Ok I went in during the renovation of the salon I love, the only reason why I went somewhere else. The woman is not up to with the times, no computer system to register me, I was on an index card and she initials every time I come in to tan. How does that protect me and my packages I buy and the times I go in for, the machines I use etc. Did not like that set up. Machines are older, the big thing I did not like is I had to clean my own machine down. What! I am paying for a service why am I cleaning the machine down??? She does not carry a great line of products, well what I like to use anyways. Very expensive for them as well. Cheap packages but you sure get what you pay for, she just wants you to sign up not build a relationship with you if I am spending my hard earned money I want to build a relationship and have someone that knows what they are talking about as well. To each their own but this salon I do not recommend!
