We have been attending this daycare for 3 months and are very happy with it so far. It is a relaxed but structured atmosphere where the owner has a daily presence. Our previous daycare was basically run by the director and the owner did not spend much time at the establishment; this is not the case at Little Ones. The owner may not be there every second of the day, but I hardly feel that is necessary. His cell phone number is given out freely so if there is an issue he is reachable. Every time I have called the daycare I have gotten through with no problem. Many of the teachers are moms too and I feel that they truly take an interest in my son. I also feel that they are good at communicating with me about my son and anytime we ask them to make a change in his routine, it is made with no problem. If there is a revolving door at this daycare, as the previous commenter suggests, I have not noticed it yet. There are going to be issues with any daycare; however, I certainly don’t think that attacking the wardrobe choices of a teenager is the appropriate way to handle disappointment in your child care establishment. Update: 07/10/2012 We have now been attending this daycare for over a year and still like it. I always get a hold of someone when I call and nearly all of the teachers that were there when we started attending are still there. I am having another baby in December and she will also be attending this daycare. It's not the prettiest building on the outside but it's what's on the inside that counts!

My Daughter went to Cornerstone Child Development for over two years and we never had any problems and were very happy with the way she was treated there. It's hard to read such a bad review and to be quite honest, if this child really did get out and run down the street, that tells me a lot about how this child is probably being raised at home. Question: Is it the daycare or the child's parenting that really caused this type of behavior. All it takes is a few bad reviews form some irate (over the top, over exaggerated) parent to ruin a good daycares name and reputation. I can tell you that if this really happened, it was a fluke and I'm sure there is two sides to the story. Go and check this place out for yourself and then go and look at other places. I'm sure you will pick cornerstone over the others. This place is ran by people who work very hard and probably work a little too much at times. I know the owner very well from our experience there and she is a very hard worker and good person with great character. I would recommend this place to any new family starting out in the daycare world. You will not be disappointed. Five star daycare. Remeber: don't believe everything you read. Do your own research. Go there and and see the place and that will answer all of your questions and concerns.
Camms, I appreciate every day that you recommended FCL. It's a great help to my wife and I, and our children love it. It gets 4 stars because no place is as good as home. But words aren't enough when you find people that value your children the way you do, and not much needs to be said when people do such a wonderful job. If you need a daycare that actually cares, try First Class Learning. As a side note, it has been my experience that people who own businesses tend to want them to be the best, especially if they are interested in money. Even non-profits are dedicated to making money so they can put it where they were made for. It doesn't make sense to say they want money and then say they run a poor business. If your business is food, you make good food. If your business is teaching children, you get good teachers. Anonymous, your poor spelling and grammar are evident throughout all you have written. I would not let you teach my children.
