WORST 1ST EXPERIENCE AND OVERCHARGED
I made an appointment for my 12 year old daughter. I told them I only wanted to pay around $20 for a kid's trim. The guy told me ok and booked me with a person with that rate. After getting the quick trim, I was charged $35 instead of around $20. The girl told me they charge by hair length and texture. Most salons charge by the experience the stylist has. I spoke to the owner, he was as bad as the guy and girl that I spoke to. The owner told me that I was actually undercharged. For child 12 and over (which I think he made up because it was probably 12 and under). I was supposed to be charged $50. I thought that was crazy for a quick trim.
My friend told that she was charged differently then what she was told.
I believe that they charge as they feel and not have set price. The owner told me that they don't give price quotes over the phone. This tells me that they charge what they want to instead of having a set price.

I went to Salon Posh for the first time yesterday, I was extremely pleased!! I had known that some of the stylists had come from charisma salon...I had Melissa do my cut and highlights! She was great!! Super nice, knows what shes doing, and listens to what you want done. Friendly salon, and I will be returning without a doubt!!

As first time customer, I had high ethusiasm to have a great cut at the salon. However, with much effort I made to the salon for my first appointment during rush hour, and while there were no customer in the salon at all, I was told the stylist was busy working on a highlighting. And I have to reschedule as I was a few minutes late. If the salon was jammed with customer, I'd believe myself caused a big time inconvinience to the salon or the stylist, but the truth is there were NO customer in the salon at all! All I want to say is, their attitude simply isn't right for any business!! That's probably the reason why there were no customer in the salon, even though they try to portrait themselves as a very busy place.

Had a few great haircuts with one of the hairdressers. But last time I went in, she started cutting. I said, ""Hey, we know what we're doing, right?"" She assured me she knew / remembered the way I wanted my hair cut. Normally, I'd go over the details again, but I knew she was bright from previous conversations. Big Mistake!!! Got home and took a careful look. I wanted a bob cut longer in front. She cut it one length. She cut one side with minimal layers. She cut the other side with lots of layers framing my face (which I didn't want!) The left side was 1/4 to 1/2 inch longer than the right side. After I washed it, it didn't look right. The layers were sticking out funny in back. Usually, after a salon cut, my hair looks great even before I style it because the cut is so good. I am depressed. It will take 3 months for the many layers she put in in around my face to grow out and I have to wear my hair behind my ears in the meantime. Thanks a lot! Not going back and from now on, wherever I get my haircut, I will take photos and show of what I want done and show them each time. The trust is gone for good. Was she having a bad day? Maybe. But why take it out on a customer?
