Overpriced. Inadequate staff. My apartment and a friend/fellow resident's apartment both are falling apart. Broken hinges on doors, broken garbage disposal, window screens missing, broken tiles, carpet is coming up.... improper "sealed" doors...this place is just falling apart and needs much needed updates. it is unacceptable. I personally have contacted the office numerous times about the problems and nothing has been done. The staff will promise me maintenance will come by to fix what is needed and they haven't. If this place wasn't so expensive I would have broken my lease and left already.

Consider yourself warned. This place is a dump. If you move here you will be sorry.



They rent to ANYONE. The atmosphere inside the complex is pure GHETTO. There are drugs, vandalism, garbage stored on balconies, laundry stolen. The management will MAKE promises they will NOT keep. If anyone wrote otherwise its because the management office has been known to get on here and write reviews to get people to move here. (notice an abundance of good reviews within days or even hours of each other, do you really think al the sudden the residents here got a bug up their rear end to say something good about this dump')



They treated me so nice before I signed my lease, then WHAM, My calls were ignored. Out of 5 apartments I have lived in this one is BY FAR the worse!!! Cant wait to get out of here!!!!!
