Amazing service. Discovered them at the Novi home show this past weekend. It was tucked away, but this is by far the best kept secret. The owner was up and helping all of the customers, including me... very impressed. I ended up ordering windows, they were there on time and service was amazing. Highly recommended.
They were very friendly and seemed knowledgable when they came out to look at the job (replacement windows) and than fell off the face of the earth. No quote, as promised, and no one will return my phone calls. Afther two months I got three other quotes, within a week, and got the job done. AVOID THEM !!!
We could not get a lumber quote from this company for weeks whille every other place we went to gave us a quote with in 3 days. We made the mistake of ordering Anderson Windows from Northville Lumber and my second floor addition is still sitting open since my windows are taking twice as long as they said they would to come in. Once they had the order and our deposit they were very hard to reach. We were put off, put on hold, and calls not returned. Basically, given the run around about when our order would be in.. They said they were shipped on Wednesday but might be in by next Monday. Where are they coming from Australia? After that it will take them a few days to get them ten minutes down the road to my house. Do your self a favor and go to a company who values your business and not just your money.
