I was referred to this medical center by a friend and since I was new to the area and needed a local doctor I gave them a shot. Boy was this a mistake. I went in for a consult and to address some existing medical conditions. The first appointment with Dr. Jason was great. They were supposed to send in some Lab samples and I was told I would get a callback within 3-4 days. That call never came so I decided to call the Northville office for a status update on the results and also asked for a callback from the doctor as my medical issue was deteriorating. The staff said they sent a msg to the Dr and that he would call me back. That call never came so I called back the next morning in extreme pain and asked for status and to let the staff know that no one called me back. The rep was extremely rude and told me that the Dr could be busy and that he will get to it when he get's to it. So I waited another day no callback. At this point I'm fed up and have to go to an urgent care to address the situation until I can find another local Dr in the area. I call the Northville office one more time to ask the procedure of getting my medical records and they ask why. I let them know my disappointment and they said no problem but there is a charge. I let the rude receptionist know that this was unacceptable and that I would like to speak with a supervisor. I was transferred to a vmail where I left a msg. I'm not going to hold my breath on getting a callback. I would suggest if you plan on being treated there to ask the Dr. if he has an emergency line as I'm not even sure if he is getting the messages from his or her staff.
