They charged my credit card $120 for installing a water filter for the fridge although we agreed to pay $100. When I brought up the issue and asked for a detailed invoice, it went back and forth and I neither got the invoice nor the the money. It is not a lot, but it is a matter of principle. After a couple of calls with the secretary, the plumber itself finally called me and promised bringing me the invoice and check personally, but that also never happened. I am very disappointed, because I thought Long was a local company I could trust! Unfortunately it is not anymore! Needless to say - there is no customer service whatsoever!
