Had the worst customer service experience of my life. Everything was great when we ordered the bridesmaid dresses. When they came in mine was actually crooked. Took in for alterations, had to go back for her to see if it was fixable. I had to practically beg for a response. And was finally told (with just over a week until the wedding) that she wasn't comfortable altering.
I left several messages insisting on a refund or to be reimbursed for the $100 in alterations I had to pay another business to do (not including the stress, gas, and the $200 I'd initially spent on the dress). They never called me back. When I did talk to them on the phone they brushed me off and never followed through on anything. I wouldn't recommend any bride run the risk of incurring this much stress.
