        I recently had my furniture redone at Off the Bolt and I am so pleased with it. Great work! Great service!

        Awful Service and Inaccurate Quotes!

        I went to Off the Bolt to get a quote on Draperies. I took my fabric, the design I wanted and the exact window and door measurements to get an accurate quote. I was told that it would cost $200 for drapery for 1 french door. I went the second time and made sure that was the accurate quote and they said there could be no more that $10-$20 difference if any. All they had to do was send one of the guys to double check the door and window measurements and it would cost a non refundable $75.00. The guy comes out and bids me $360.00 for each door!!!! He said the girl had given me the wrong quote she didn't know anything. He said they would not do the draperies for the quote I was given at the store and for my inconvenience they would refund my $75.00. I called the store for my refund and they denied any such thing!!! Just awful it was a lie after a lie!!!

        We at Off the Bolt pride ourselves on our customer service, and are saddened that we received such a poor review. The customer did come in to get an estimate, but did not have accurate measurements. Had she provided us with exact measurements we would have given her an accurate quote. Our drapery man did not tell her she would get a refund on her consultation fee. He did tell her that she might receive a store credit, which was offered to her. She at first consented to the store credit, then a few days later refused it while making a scene in our store. We give dozens of quotes every month. We have been in business for many years and know what we are doing. The employee who gave her the original quote has a degree in design and has been with our company for six years. It is unfortunate that this transaction ended badly.

        poor service

        We all agree that we want to spend our money where our business is appreciated. Off The Bolt is NOT the place for it. The staff is rude and unprofessinal and when it is comes to service they are clueless. Most of their fabrics can be found in Down Town LA.

        This store is absolutely massi...

        This store is absolutely massive and has everything any person could ever need for home decor. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and never seems to let me down. I would recommend this store (either location) to anyone that is planning on giving their home a complete makeover and saving money while doing it.
