I have had several dealings with TS heating and cooling and most of which has been fair thanks to their previous manager Aubrey. I was always treated well by Aubrey and he always made me feel like an important customer no matter how little business I've previously done with them.

The last job they did for me was a follow up to trying to eliminate a drip sound that could constantly be heard in my bedroom anytime the heat came on. After several attempts, Aubrey felt badly enough that he said he was going to try something so miniscule that it may just work and he said he'd charge me nothing for it since they'd already charged me for a previous visit.

Well, they billed me for it anyway....not a big deal being $75 and given that I've paid them thousands over the last few years. However when I called the owner, Phillip, today he could have cared less about past business or future business and simply said that he was certain I was mistaken and I owed the money, as if I'd try to beat them out of $75. I thought I was on candid camera based on the way an owner of a company could have cared less about one of his customers and the lecture he tried to give me about business. It was not worth the headache to fight over $75 but the way they made me feel and the fact that they would not honor a prior commitment was truly an unpleasant experience.
