The new people they got to work there are rude and don't know how to talk to customers. I felt so uncomfortable in there cause you don't tell someone that your going to feed off there pet when you dropped it off to get a home I think I'll be going to the lakewood store from now on.

My 13 year old daughter and I bought $250 dollars worth of product. When we set it up, the heat lamp bulb exploded in my daughter's hand. I took the bulb back the next day. They reluctantly replaced it with the same brand light bulb. The second light bulb would not even turn on. when asking for a refund they refused, citing their "No refund or returns" policy. Bottom line, They sell defective merchandise, wont stand behind it, and don't care about the customer at all. DON'T SHOP HERE!

the staff was great!!!!!! would give them a High 5 in quality and service.

The Staff there was excellent....They did'nt hesitate when answering ANY of our questionss...It was great!!!

this webpage specifies as to having pets and one phone call informed us they didn't have ANY animals - our question is why list it if you don't have it?
