On Halloween day, My son Kevin was driving his 1998 Subaru & he noticed a noise and some wobbling. He pulled over and found that somehow, 4 of the 5 lug-nuts that were holding on his right front tire were missing (a sick mischief night prank?_perhaps), nonetheless; 2 of the screw pegs had snapped off, leaving the tire hanging by 1 single lug-nut.



He called AAA & had it towed to the home. We had to somehow get it to a nearby mechanic's shop to get the tire & some other things fixed. We borrowed a lug-nut from two of the other tires & that was enough to get us to Pearl auto in EHT, which we chose due to their positive reviews on-line.



Kevin Pearl fixed and replaced all the lug-nuts, plus the two missing pegs. In addition he took the dash apart to diagnose the windshield washer, which was not working even though it was full. He told me to fix it properly, it would be $525, however he could do a momentary after market install for $79.



We opted for choice 2, even though I pictured it to be some cheesy squirt pump that would stick out from under the dash and look like a sore thumb. As you can see from the picture, I was wrong. He neatly installed a nice little silver button and it works beautifully. He also replaced the back windshield wiper blade.



When all was said and done, the bill was only $384.80 for parts and Labor. I have to say I am very pleased with their professionalism and with their lack of laziness. They are a class act and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Their LOGO doesn't lie.

I took my car to Firestone & they gave me & outrageous estimate. I am lucky enough to have a warranty, thou I know it won't cover everything.After dropping it off at Firestone, something just didn't sit well with me. I asked around and many said they had bad dealings with them. I heard good thing's about Pearl. I came to this page & read the reviews, so I went & got my car and it is now sitting at Pearl as of today. I hope I made the right choice. I feel like I did. Stay tuned..I will give a 100% honest update. I am crossing my finger's I made the right decision. If they do me justice I know many people looking for a place where they won't get ripped off. They will be some happy people to know there is such a place. Have to give a rateing so did 5 stars. Hopefully my update I am able to do 10 :)

If there were more than five stars, I give Al and his crew at Pearl ten stars. They correctly diagnosed my car troubles after I had misdiagnoses from my local Sunoco station and the Lexus service center in Egg Harbor Township, and Al charged me a fair price to fix them. I was quoted $1,800 from one place (misdiagnosed my brake problem) and $1,900 from Lexus (misdiagnosed both my brake and headlight problem), but Al fixed both of my problems for under $400. Not only that, but Lexus told me I needed my injectors cleaned because the car hesitated and stalled, but I have never had either of those problems with it. Pearl did an upstanding job of getting it RIGHT. Cars are complicated nowadays and no one has time or capability to fix their own car, so we need to rely on service centers. I have complete faith in these guys after my great experience, and the other two places will never see me again.

These guys are fantastic! Most important is that they're HONEST. I do not knoe them personally, buy when my father was alive he had a service station his whole life, my brother and I worked there, so I am familiar with car repairs. It's just like finding a good doctor, these guys are your mechanics, look no further. I have had tons of work done on my car at Pearl and there has never been a problem. Give them a shot and see what you think.

Al is very friendly and helpful. He spent a lot of time with me diagnosing the problems with my mini-van.

These guys make it easy! I never have to wait too long. Their quotes are affordable and never include anything I do not need! I use Pearl Auto for all of my family cars, and my company vans!

The service was great and the work was affordable a pleasure to do business with.
