        ups dont care about there customers

        I called this place trying to find out about my package and wanted to give them a tracking number but the lady there hung up on me 3 times.i got no help from anyone there anyways I called again they put me on hold then they hung up on me again, its clear that ups dont care about there customers.bad service and the ,I dont care about taking care of customers on the phone.this is the last time I have a package or anything delivered by UPS.its funny when ups clams that they take care of there customer's.ups is a joke.
