        Mr. Lee is professional, thorough and trustworthy. I have had all my vehicles serviced with Northtown and they have always done an excellent job; I will go no where else for car service!

        Had the dealer quote work 3 times, and Mr. Lee was 30%-50% less each time. Not out to take advantage of people, very quick and reliable. He has earned and kept my business.

        A guy you can trust.

        I bring all three of my cars to Mr. Lee at North Town Auto. It's super convenient, I just drop it off on my way to the train station. Mr. Lee doesn't even need to call me with an estimate--I trust him that much. He is courteous and professional, a true gentleman in a business filled with crooks. I would recommend him to anybody.

        Poor service. A lot of things that they can't do. Unable to fixed the "check the engine" Poor brake jobs. unprofessional on the phone.

        Mr. Lee operates his business in a curteous and professional manner. He does not promise what he can't deliver. I have taken many vehicles to him over the past 10 years and not once was I disapointed. In most cases he went over and beyond what was needed to be sure my vehicles are repaired and always saves the old parts for all customers (dealers don't do this! They just sell you what you don't need!). I recommend Mr. Lee and his knowledgeable technicians to anyone. Look at the cars in his lot waiting for repairs from economies to Jaguars. He's the real deal.
