Dr Hoyer was thorough with my skin examination, answered all my questions, I never felt rushed, and she was very kind.

Dr. Scheman is very knowledgeable in this specialty field of contact dermatitis. The skin patch testing was very thorough but the best part is when he compiled the results and explained everything in details. He's very patient in giving time to go through the report and answer any questions. Hopefully this is going to solve my long-term problem for me.

If I had any questions before coming in or during testing, all I had to do was call and I would get a call back. Dr. Scheman took the time to explain my results, clarify anything I didn't understand as well as answer my many questions regarding my results. I am leaving with knowledge of what I am allergic to, how to avoid it and what changes I need to make to my lifestyle to stay healthy. Highly reccommend!

I really appreciated how Dr. Scheman structured the visit, first, with informational videos, then with clear explanation about the process for patch testing. I also appreciated how he took my concerns seriously and helped with finding a solution to my symptoms.

Sr. Scheman diagnosed and prescribed solutions to my problem very creatively, thoughtfully and better than previous doctors visited. Each visit was 1-1/2 hours from my home and well worth the travel time based on his dedication, time spent ad creative and easily explained diagnosis and prescriptions. Highly recommended!!!

I tried Dr. Hoyer and can not say enough good things about my experience. I am a healthcare professional as well, and know the importance of providers really taking time and listening to their patient. Dr. Hoyer took the time to listen to what I didn't like in the past when getting botox. She came up with a plan, and I love the results. She also made some great recommendations, without being pushy in any way. It was truly a pleasure, and I plan to be a re-occuring patient!

I worked with Dr. Hoyer and the staff at Northshore to get my dermatitis under control. They got up to speed on my history and current condition quickly and were able to provide both an immediate and longer term plan for managing my skin. Dr. Hoyer is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. The PA and Nurse staff are critically integrated in improving outcomes and worked diligently with my insurance to get me the medication I need to manage my condition. I’m so thankful for this practice and their staff for taking care of me.
