Great people and great urgent service.

The staff was nice! However, I got there at 8:30 it was 9:20 before I was registered. They said 2-3 hours. I wasn’t seen until 1:45. I left about 3:30. I didn’t feel good and I was in my car the entire time, thinking it must be soon. I don’t know why there is not some sort of appointment. I called a few times and I was told you are next and I definitely was not! I was so upset by this experience. I understand it may be a busy time but this is unacceptable to me. I will think again before going there.

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at Carewell. The receptionist was short and perhaps doesn't realize she is coming off as rude, but when someone comes in and states they have pain and has an injury, "so you want to be seen" is an odd way to greet a person (why else would I be telling you my issues at an urgent care if I didn't want to be seen). Once I was checked in the nurse who took my vitals was very pleasant and listened to my concerns.
The PA who I saw qualifies herself as the most disappointing encounter I have ever had with a medical professional. She behaved as though my presence was an inconvenience. She looked at my knee from across the room and then told me "its just cellulitis" as though that's an actual diagnosis and prescribed antibiotics when in fact it was a knee injury. No imaging was needed per this PA even when I asked for them. Imagining was needed and my Dr. sent me today for xays. She did not listen to any concerns I had and never actually palpated my affected knee. It was very obvious her goal was to get me out the door without spending more than 5 minutes with me. There was only one other person in the clinic so I am not sure why she was rushing me or making me feel invalid of her time. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. I had to take an additional day off of work to see my primary care Doctor and get appropriate treatment since I wasted half my day at Carewell. I would recommend Readymed as opposed to this place. Its across the street.

Brought my 10 year old son in for stitches and the staff was wonderful! They treated us all with kindness and professionalism, they made a scary experience for a little boy so much better! I can not thank them enough!!! I highly recommend them if you find yourself in a similar situation!!!

Less waiting time than other Urgent care facilities. Staff is very attentive. This is my go to when not feeling up to par.

Every time I have gone to this CareWell I have dealt with Dr. Colon. He’s a great doctor. Very caring and has an incredible bedside manner. I wish I could make him my primary care doctor. There should be more like him. He helped both my son and myself. He was right on the money with his diagnosis each time.

Wonderful! Went in after a fall. They had wonderful customer, friendly, helpful. Really listened to me. Quick, got diagnosis and out the door to rest. Thank you for everything!!

Very professional, helpful and friendly staff from the moment I walked in. Easy registration and checking in. Prompt, excellent medical attention.
