I ran out of time to make my daughter's birthday cake. So I went to Lou in the bakery department. Within 5 minutes we had the cake planned out and ordered. She said that she would have it ready, with time to spare. I only gave her 2 hours notice. Secondly, I prepaid for the cake @ the self-check out register, but I forgot the receipt. As soon as I got home I realized it and called the store. The self-check out Cashier remembered me, I'm in a walking boot, and she remembered me. To keep a long story short, I will be able to get my cake, with time to spare, and without having to pay for it again. That's what I call GREAT customer service.
