My fridge clunked out on my family & I, which left me with an immediate need of replacement to avoid spoilage. I started with Best Buy, & got the run around, so I called Aaron's after receiving a recent flier in the mail remembering that they to carried appliances. I then after my phone call stopped in & saw the same fridge there as Best Buy's, there price was $1300, Best Buy sold it at $1150, so Aaron's not only matched there price but beat it at $1100. Aaron's rescued my family & I by delivering it right away!!! Strongly recommend from the sales people, to the mgmt, down to the delivery guys. One of the best service experiences ever.
Called this co after being very upset with the Raleigh Sears Parts store on Falls of Neuse. I was very pleased to hear a nice voice immediately answer the phone. I was not put on hold (and forgotten) and she spoke clear English!! She asked all the right questions, quoted me a good price and checked for availability. The call took two minutes. She was very pleasant to speak with, she knew what she was doing and crazy I know, but sounded like she might even enjoy her job?? Thank God there is still at least one company in Raleigh that has great customer service!!!! Now I can go pick up my part!
When I moved to the area in 1995, I didn't expect to find a place like this. Jeff, the owner, knew exactly what the propblem areas were for all my issues, helped me get the right parts and tools every time. That is worth more in time / energy / grief savings than any "deal" you can get online! If the problem is out of your scope to self fix, he knows the reputable people to send you to. That product and people knowledge that they have here is why even after 18 years of doing business with them, they are still the first place I turn, and my first reccomendation to others.
