Unicorn Ink

Kay so, everything was cool when i first went in, the staff were friendly and nice. I looked through the portfolios and there was nothing special about the art work, you know just run of the mill-just another tattoo shop on mineral spring. The colors weren't very bright at all but I was told they'd look more vivid once healed. The artist, went way too heavy on the lines and I ended up with blowout lines on my tattoo... which means the ink bleeds into the other parts of your skin because of a bad job. Also, since it WAS a touch up, i expected it to look different and new once it healed. Instead, it went right back to the way it was before i got the touch up. Any reputable and legitimate tattoo shop will offer a free touch up to their tattoos right? Not this one. I contacted them inquiring about it and they informed me they do NOT in fact do touch ups, and gave me a handful of excuses and the only way i'd be able to get one is if i paid for a totally different tatto
