        Called to get information on a product. The phone rang over 30 rings before I finally hung up. My daughter works customer service at Albertsons in Louisiana, never would this type of service be tolerated there

        This is my favorite Bi-Lo store. I shop late at night and get awesome customer service. I dread shopping at Kroger or Walmart at midnight but always know Bi-Lo will take care of me. And they got the best prices generally. Why wouldn't you want to shop here?
