        So far under the new ownership of the mailbox rental, shipping, and packing store, I've experienced a remarkable transformation in service quality. Previously, when the store was owned by two elderly ladies, I often encountered poor service and rude attention. However, the new owners have brought a breath of fresh air with their exceptional customer service. The staff is attentive, friendly, and always eager to assist customers promptly. Additionally, the store is now well-organized, and the shipping and packing services are handled efficiently. I'm thrilled with the positive changes and highly recommend this store to anyone in need of such services. I am so glad I can come back! ;)

        This place is really great. I was able to take care of all my shipping needs and saved alot of time and money at Private Postal. They really are extremely friendly and very professional. Since it is so convenient for me, I will probably open a mail box with them. They have 24hr. service and I can pick up my mail anytime. It is also great for me because I have a HOME BUSINESS and now I can also receive my packages at their place. It really is a ONE STOP SHOP.

        This business is your go to shop for shipping materials and services. I needed an emergency notary and Barbara was wonderful. My dad & I went to her as soon as she opened and we were able to get in and out in no time. I also learned that she is an authorized USPS, UPS, & FedEx agent. She gets daily pick-ups and she ships internationally. She is very professional and courteous and I recommend visiting her for all your needs!
