new wave upholstery & design

The upholsterers from New Wave came to our home and completed a repair on our sofa very professionally. We're very satisfied with their work. We had made an appointment for a time when we would be home, and they were right on time. I also liked that they called first to let us know they were on their way. Before making the appointment, I had contacted them online, describing the repair we needed. Raymond also asked me to send him a photo by phone in a text message. After looking at the photo and a bit of discussion by phone, Raymond gave me an estimate, so we knew what to expect. Both Raymond and Rene, his associate, were very courteous and professional.
