    icall 2 taxi companies to go mia airport none show up ,and i call tropical taxi they came and idid not miss my flight thanks tropical

    What a great company, I have been using…

    What a great company, I have been using Tropical for years. I don't care what anyone else has to say, but when it is vacation time in Miami taxi's are almost impossible to get. Yes I have had to wait longer then I have wanted but at least Tropical shows up. I have called other companies in the past and no one ever came. I find that Tropical does the best they can... read more with the high demand there is for cabs during the busy season, otherwise they are then within 5 mins. If you see a lot of tourists in the area my best advice is to plan ahead and call a Cab earlier. Living here, I know first hand how busy it gets and how backed up traffic can be. Be smart plan ahead!

    i had a situation where the taxi was delayed.. i called tropical and the dispatcher told me the driver would be at my apt in 5 minutes.. he didn't show after i waited 15 minutes.. i called tropical again and the female dispatcher screamed at me for calling..she said.. its holiday season and we're busy.. just wait and stop calling me.. i then asked one of the doormen in my building if he'd... read more drive me to the airport since at this point i was going to miss my flight.. after i left the other doormen said tropical showed up a half hour after i left.. i have posted a flier in my building warning my other neighbors about the inferior service i received from TROPICAL TAXI.. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.. if they had told me the truth (whatever that was) i could have called another company. there are plenty of taxi services around. in this economy TROPICAL , if it continues to be rude to their clients will be out of business. good service is the key to keeping clients. this company should watch out, there is much competition.

    my final word is . STAY AWAY FROM USING TROPICAL TAXI.

    Mr. Tomas Ramos was the best!

    We had such a great time with our driver! He was very informative and helpful when we had questions about the sights and attractions that surrounded our hotel. He gave us his card and then arrived promptly when we requested his services once... read more
