        Very professional , courteous , and quick service! The service gentleman they sent was extremely helpful and handled our problem. In the future we will certainly go to Walter's TV initially for our TV concerns. We highly recommend these gentlemen !!!!

        would highly recommend having you TV or electronic device repaired at Walters TV. They gave me a detailed estimate of the repairs needed to repair my TV and when additional parts and labor where needed they did not charge me extra, only the original estimate price. They are extremely proficient in the field of TV's and electronics and provide second to non excellent customer service.. If you need an TV or electronic device repaired look no farther than Walters TV.

        My family has used Walters TV for many years and we have all been very happy with their service. They are friendly, prompt, and seem to care about us. In the days of service calls, they often went into my parents home while everyone was at work. We trust them and highly recommend them without hesitation.

        It's in a bad neighborhood. Ye...

        It's in a bad neighborhood. Yes a neighborhood. This place looks like it is in a house and on top of that, be ready to get gouged on simple repairs. I could have bought a new TV for their estimate. Of course this was after taking 65 up front. They are also very rude. The owner is not even Walter! Go figure and go somewhere else!

        Repair estimates do sometimes exceed replacement cost. In those cases, purchasing a new TV is obviously the smart choice. We try to help customers make a wise decision about repairs. We have kept the name Walters because it has a great reputation from back in the early 1960's. We like the nostalgia of our old building and location. The two negative reviews found on this site are unfair. They were made on the same day by an irrational, abusive customer. Please read my comments attached to the secound review.         Fantastic Customer Service

        Getting a TV fixed is never cheap we knew we were going to spend alot fixing our 61' TV and spending that kind of money we expected to get our money's worth and great customer service. We got alot of average customer service from other repair shops, most them gave us the we'll be there from 1-6 and we'll call you when we are on our way. We called Walters and told them we needed someone by 1pm they told us they would move some things around and get back with us. They were at our home by 11:45 and not to mention the repair man was friendly and professional. We were lucky and he was able to fix our's in our home. I would recommend them to any and everyone. I will always call this company for my repair needs!
