Great Nails

Very rude I haven't gotten my nails done there which I won't now I went to look at prices because I'm comparing to other prices wanted to take a pic to compare and the lady was like "you can look but don't take pic" after she said that I got pissed and walked out without saying anything because I was so mad, that was extremely rude and will never go there for my services

First I called, the lady that runs the place or the secretary hung up in my fsce while I was asking questions. Once I made it there, I wasnt acknowledged for at least 20 mins. I sat there and watched four ppl who came after me be serviced. Once the lady finally did approach me, all I got was a "what are you here for?" I sat waitinf for a full set for another 47mins. I finally stood in the middle of the salon and waited while she laughed with women who werent getting anything done. Finally after Id put my polish choice back and gathered my things,I advised her I was done waiting without any type of acknowledgement or service. She stood with her finger between her teeth,looking at me like a four yr old. Not so much as an apology for my inconvenience. Worthless.

Love the work they do. Every time I go here my nails look really good and they are very nice

I visited Great Nails on Thursday, 7/19/12 to have a pedicure done and have French tips put on after reading the great reviews. The atmosphere itself, while clean, feels cramped and cluttered, but I didn't mind. My pedi went off without a hitch, but when it came time for the acrylic to be put on, it turned into a nightmare. The tech, whose name I never learned, cut into the cuticles so deeply that he drew blood on no less than seven fingers, and went right on with putting the acrylic on. On several nails, including both thumbs, both middle fingers, and one ring finger, he chose tips that were not wide enough, leaving a portion of my own nail visible at the edges. The acrylic work was sloppy as well, as he left a glob of it under one nail, and three days later, the edges already look terrible, as if the acrylic is coming off. All in all, my fingers were very sore for the day and day after because of the damage done to my cuticles, and not worth the $60 plus the tip (why on earth did I leave a tip?) I paid. I was severely disappointed, and I will never ever return. I suppose I should be thankful I didn't get an infection.

Love this one. Great people, professionals at nail work in every way. Have went here for years and will never change as long as my favorite guys are there. Owners are super nice, they keep the place clean and the staff are good at what they do.

It was really nice and really clean, though I thought it was going to be terrible since I walked in with my best friend and there was an overwhelming smell of alcohol. When you go sit down though it wasn't bad at all. Their massage chairs are a little funky too, but the workers were very nice. It was weird though because my best friend and I went and both got pedicures and the two ladies did two different things at times. So that was kind of weird. Then when we went over to the 'toe dryers' the ladies just kind of left us.... We sat there for about half an hour (though it was also pouring down rain outside) before we finally got up and paid. Not that I need anyone to tell me what to do all the tine it was just a little odd. Overall it was a really nice place and I'm glad with the job they did :] definately going back

This place is awesome. I LOVE going here. The employees are really cool, professional and fun. This place is CLEAN, and they have enough talented people there so that you dont have to wait long. I LOVE GREAT NAILS....BEN is the best!
