Bill's Lock & Safe

They were completely professional & so great!!! I had locked my keys in my office over the weekend but didn't discover it until Monday morning when I got there. 2 locksmiths had come out & couldn't get front door open. I called Bills Lock & Safe & they had me in the building in less than 3 minutes!! When I left that afternoon my key wouldn't lock the building so I called them. They had a technician call me. I open at 7:30am. The guy met me there at 7:15 to take a look at why I couldn't lock it with key. He got me in the building first so I could open on time! He just took inside lock & put on outside so it would work but come to find out the 2 locksmiths before them had jammed all the pins & springs to where it won't work with key anymore. They sent another tech out there within an hour to put a thumb turn lock on inside so we could lock it from inside still until we could get lock fixed. These guys were EXCELLENT & I will recommend them ANY DAY!!!!! I won't EVER use another locksmith as long as I'm in Little Rock!!! GREAT job guys!! I REALLY appreciate all your help & hard work!!!

I really feel that one star was being generous. The owner is an old greedy and grumpy man. I truly feel sorry for people that have to work there. I was in the store one day to have some locks worked on and heard him being verbally abusive to an employee. He must not have seen me come in. Integrity is something you have even when you think no one is looking. Clearly "Bill" is not a man of integrity. I left and took and took my business somewhere else.

we had to re-do our locks - they came promptly, the service person was extremely polite and efficient, saved us money (re-keyed rather than replace the entire lock system) and gave helpful hints to me to stop my husband from using graphite on the locks.
