Excellent work cleaning my computer and re-installing software. Terrific customer service. This was my second time at TLC and returned because of the quality support I previously received.

The owner and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and dependable. Their customer service is exceptional. I would recommend them.

I had just bought a new All In One Desktop Computer that had a Lifetime of Tech Support, but when you called you were placed on hold for over 20 minutes. The technician was unknowledgeable about my new system and even tried to sell me a $199.00 Malawarebyte program. TLC Computer Solutions takes the time to listen to your needs and really cares about their clients. Will always return to the TLC (Tender Loving Care) Team. Did not resolve problem wanted $75.00 to run free internet software. That they had done for $130.00 one month earlier. They charge you for free virus software they download from the internet. Terrible customer service...... Do not recommend.

I'm a returning customer. I went back because of the great service and pricing that I found the first time. And they did it again. The service work was done sooner than expected. A very pleasant development since I was afraid I'd have to wait a week until my next day off. The rates are reasonable. Including for products which are of high quality. I stopped Cyber Monday searching and bought my needed items from them.

TLC is great! They over delivered in less time than expected. 10 stars if possible. They will really take care of you!

Starting a business at home--no time to fool around! Purchased equipment at "BB" yet the "Squad" couldn't come out till nine days later. Angie's List referred me to TLC. Brandon was at the door within 90 minutes. At one point he needed assistance and called the shop. Now, two guys were working on the project. They worked together, solved the issue and completed the entire multi-unit set-up in about an hour. I will be calling these guys for any computer services in the future!

Brandon arrived as scheduled and was very knowledgeable and patient. He told me that he had not seen the type of problem I was experiencing before, but he quickly figure it out and fixed it. Highly recommend their service

After I had my house cleaned, I couldn't get my printer to work. I tried and had friends try to fix the problem for 4 days with no luck. TLC Computer Solutions fixed it remotely in only a half-hour for only $30 - I will always use TLC in the future.

Though service has been excellent from this company over the past several years we have used them, this time around was not up to that level. Needed a re-install of some software which was needed ASAP for our business; re-install to be done remotely. Began at 3pm, was supposed to take a few hours. Was left hanging when tech doing remote apparently left when shop closed for the day without notifying us (we had been told to wait by the computer while install was being done, in case we needed to do something on our end to get this done). Had to call in the next day to find out what was going on, was told that install would continue about an hour/hour and a half later - absolutely no concern was shown by shop employee. At the very end of the promised time, tech finally resumed the job. Not the usual great service we've had, hoping this was a fluke.

Took in our 3 PCs for a tune-up and the staff is great. They know what they're doing, explain what and why they're going to do what they do and then they do it. Simple, fast and fair pricing.

The service was very good and he was friendly, but always busy getting the job done.

For the 3rd time recently we've had to take our HP Tower in....this time for obvious virus issues, and as always, our concerns were alleviated by the wonderful employees at TLC and the problem resolved, and as always at a fair price and quickly. Because we had been thinking of getting a larger laptop I happened to ask for a recommendation. Bojan, the manager suggested we look at their new Dell 17" laptop & we liked it so much that we bought it right then & there. We love it!! Thanks TLC for always taking such good care of us!
