I had been experiencing numbness and tingling down my right arm almost daily for about 4 years. Dr. Saltman found one muscle called the infraspinatus that he told me is one of the rotator cuff muscles. He told me there was a trigger point in the muscle meaning it had accumulated lactic acid and was causing the referred pain down my arm. After about 8 treatments in which he used soft tissue manipulation on the muscle and spinal manipulation to my neck and upper back my symptoms of 4 years were gone! I have more energy at the end of the day.

After about 8 treatments in which he used soft tissue manipulation on the muscle and spinal manipulation to my neck and upper back my symptoms of 4 years were gone! I have more energy at the end of the day, I didn't realize how the pain was draining me each day!!
