Dr. Patrick is kind, funny, and one of the most caring people you will meet. Not only has he helped my body stay in balance over the past couple years, but he has seen me through spraining 2 toes and an ankle. He is filled with obvious passion when he speaks of health, healing and nutrition, and he offers great ideas and solutions to anything you could think to ask about your healing process. He comes from a place of whole wellness and not of quick fixes and band aids. If you can make a commitment to yourself, his guidance and desire to help you heal is well worth it.



I am surprised about the few comments regarding Dr. Patrick and money. My experience with him has been that he has always put my health above everything else. It is something that is so wonderful about him- I know that he truly cares about me. There have been times when he has asked me to come in for extra treatments when he has felt I have needed them- at no extra charge. I don't think it gets any more selfless than that.

I thought I was a fairly healthy individual, but last year I started having serious back pains and when I went Kaiser, the doctor couldn’t tell me what it was, but gave me 3 different prescriptions to fill, each one for a different reason. After taking them for 2 days I was so sick from the medication AND I was still in pain with my back. So a friend recommended I go see a chiropractor (specifically Dr. Bennett). On my first visit, I was terrified because I had never been to any chiropractic office, but I was in so much pain, I knew there was no other choice. Dr. Bennett spent more time with me on the first visit than any doctor at Kaiser ever has and his staff are always so welcoming and sweet. He was very informative and very caring. He gave me specific exercises to do to help with the healing process along with the adjustments. I have not had any back pain since I started at Optimal Health Chiropractic, nor have I taken one pill or any medication. Besides my back pain, Dr. Bennett has also helped me with my headaches and migraines. I have had migraines since I was 18 years old and they have been rather debilitating, however, since I have been getting adjusted, they are a thing of the past! I am a changed individual and I owe it all to Dr. Bennett and his staff at Optimal Health Chiropractic. This is the only place to go if you want to be happy and healthy! I STRONGLY recommend this place!!

Stay away from this maniac. He will siphon your bank account with a bogus $100 x-ray fee, then make you sign papers that will pay him $400 over a month - before you even get an adjustment. He adjusts you before he looks over your x-rays and he is not gentle. Then you are committed for a month to this guy, even if it's not helping. Usually, he will keep you waiting for 10 minutes before he performs a 2 minute adjustment. If you have a serious problem, like I had, he will tell you to "walk it off." When I needed surgery, he told me 75% of surgeries are botched and that I should stay with his adjustments. He tried to convince me I had a bad neck when I had a HERNIATED DISC WITH 8MM of disk detritus hemorrhaging in my spine. When I called FREQUENTLY to complain about loss of feeling in my legs, his assistant literally begged me to stick with "doctor patricks" treatments. Whoa- jonestown, man. Watch out!!

From the first moment I arrived at the office I was and always have been greated with kindness. The staff are very positive and kind. Dr. Bennett is kind, aware of you feelings and pains, and is also quite positive! Being a person with Fybro Miyalgia it is difficult for me to trust people to not hurt me while treating me, Dr. Bennett was aware of my pain and conscious of it while treating me. He has helped me greatly with my life with Fibro.

The first time I met Dr. Bennett was two years ago when I was involved in a very bad car accident. He helped and brought me back up into tip top shape, joints adjustment wise. And recently I have partake in a great sport of muay thai and with the intense level of this sport, it has made me visit Dr. Bennett once again. And, once again, I have nothing bad to say. Nothing but professionalism and every visit is pleasant. Not only did Dr. Bennett helped me with my shoulder - back - neck - legs pains, he also helped me with my diet. When I first started going to Dr. Bennett, I was at 155lbs, now I'm at 138-140lbs. I feel great and with the holidays I have overcome the fatty pleasantries. Dr. Bennett is awesome, very knowledgable and truely cares about his work and patients.

I have been going to Dr. Bennett for three years. Recently I developed double vision because a nerve in the right eye "died." The eye doctor told me it would heal itself in five to six months. Dr. Bennett's intense cranial work revived the nerve within seven weeks. He has a passion for his work.

I found the doctor to be rude, arrogant and wouldn't listen.

In 2009 I experience 5 migraines by the end of January 2009. I suffered most of the year with neck and shoulder pain and seemed to live on an alternating cocktail of Tylenol, Naproxen, and Advil. A friend suggested I see a chiropractor, specifically Dr. Bennett, and admittedly skeptical I found many excuses not to go. After waking up one morning, not able to move my neck, I gave into it and went to see him. My XRays showed a spine that looked like Lombard St., hips that were lopsided from carrying babies for several years, and a neck that had lost its god given shape. Three months later (3x a week visits), I have not taken a pain med, not had a migraine and my kids are even asking why I'm always in such a good mood! I look forward to my visits each week and I have enjoyed the other changes in diet, daily life outlook and the sense of community that Dr. Bennett's office has added into my life.



For all the other skeptics out there, I think you'll see a very different and wonderful approach to healing at Dr. Bennett's - Optimal Health Chiropractic.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bennett's now for a year and a half, and I can say with much gusto that becoming his patient had drastically changed my life! Receiving his adjustments and care on a regular basis has greatly improved my quality of life. Not only has my asthma decreased, but so has my back pain (which is the reason I began seeing him in the first place), and I have avoided the common ailments of the average person (ie., colds, headaches, severe flu). Working with Dr. Bennett has opened my mind to become a more healthy individual and has altered my lifestyle completely. I had chronic neck pain for years. I have been to Chiropractors in the past who have given me some relief, but unfortunately...it wouldn't stick. Then I found Dr. Patrick. First of all, his office is more than just a Chiropractic office -- it is a Wellness Center. Not only has he identified my neck problems....but he is successfully treating them. He has magic hands, the adjustments are always pain-free and effective. Aside from the Chiropractic adjustments, Dr. Patrick has taught me neck exercises that I can easily do at home -- AND has gotten me on the path to a healthier lifestyle. Not just through Chiropractic adjustments, but also by helping me improve my diet and overall well-being. When I first started treatment, I was taking pain medication at least 3 times a week. I hated it because I knew what kind of harm it was doing to my body....but I didn't know what else to do. I would have horrible headaches, and was in desperate need of relief. I have not taken even ONE pain pill since seeing Dr. Patrick...and that is the truth. I noticed results immediately. I feel better than ever and am taking better care of myself. I practically crawled into Dr. Bennett's office a few months ago when I pulled a hip flexor. Couldn't bend down or put on a shoe, was in pain getting out of bed, out of the car, walking. A good friend suggested I go to her favorite doc, Dr. Bennett. I was desperate and went. I walked...no skipped and danced out of his office after the first visit! Dr. Bennett explained what happened and outlined treatment to keep me on track. Several months later I continue with regular maintenance and I continue to improve in every area, areas I wasn't even aware needed help. I attend college, am self-employed and am a mother as well. I appreciate the new energy I feel and focused clarity of mind. Most recently, I've abandoned my reading glasses. A year ago I started wearing glasses to read as the letters started blurring, especially when I was tired or the lighting wasn't great. My neck took to an amazing adjustment a month ago, and that day I could read fine print sans reading glasses. I'm thankful to Dr. Bennett and staff for caring and the flexible schedule.

When I first started seeing Dr. Bennett a month ago I was plagued with upper back pain, sinus issues, respiratory problems, a slow intestinal tract, and insomnia just to name a few. I was basically 25 yrs old going on 95 due to my health issues. I am a skeptic by nature and was hesitant to try chiropractic care. However, only after one month of simple adjustments and realignments with Dr. Bennett, I have recovered magnificently. All of my issues have either subsided substantially or completely dissappeared. I am sleeping regularly and feeling as energetic as I had when I was 17. I even lost a few pounds and gained half an inch in height. Dr. Bennett and his staff/office are extremely professional, friendly, and easy-going. His great attitude puts his patients at ease. There is none of that ill mannered uptight doctor/patient stereotype going on. He treats you like a human being. It is obvious that Dr. Bennett enjoys his work and believes strongly in the benefits of chiropratic care. I would reccomend him to anyone and everyone.

Dr. Patrick has the most awesome healing hands that has ever adjusted and aligned my body. The energy that flows through me is the most profound experience that I have ever been through. Dr. Patrick educates his patients on how to heal the body, mind and spirit together as a whole. He teaches you how to give yourself better nutritional benefits, as well as exercises not only for you body, but also for your mind. Having been through a variation of car accidents and emotional stress throughout my life, and I have been to many different chiropractors, I must say that Dr. Patrick Bennett is the one doctor that I have found to be the far best in helping me to heal myself!!!!

I am relatively new to the world of chiropractic, but I have seen a few doctors. I have to say, however that Dr. Patrick's treatment is exeptional. I am an athlete and outdoorsman and I have experienced varying degrees of chronic joint and back pain for over a decade. Thanks to Dr. Patrick I almost completely pain free and light years more confident in my activites (with the added bonus that I did not need side-effect laden drugs to do the work for me). I also have to thank his incredibly supportive, caring and upbeat staff for making my visits comfortable and efficient. Thanks guys!

P.S. While some patients may not appreciate children in the office, on the few occassions I have interacted with the Bennett kids in the office it was a soothing, comforting and welcome family atmosphere.

Dr. Bennett has a very kind and gentle, yet outgoing personality that really makes me feel comfortable. His office is very homey and his staff is happy, caring and beautiful! Dr. B's methods have kept me away from the prescription drug infested world of modern medicine and has helped me to live a pain free life. If you want the best, this is it!

I have been an athlete and dancer my whole life. Precise, intelligent and caring chiropractic has gotten me through a long career of injuries with no surgery. Dr. Patrick is one of the best chiropractors I've ever been to. I have lived in Los Angeles and looked for a good chiropractor for 11 yrs., before I found Dr. Patrick through a recommendation. I had come from New York and had a chiropractor for 18yrs, so my opinion was educated, plus I have a Masters degree in physiology and kinesiology. He listens, remembers, and is continually furthering his own knowledge and development. I would recommend him without hesitation, and continually do so.

This is one of the worst run business' I've ever been to. I recieved a card for a free exam but they trick you and you actually pay 99 for the X-ray of the free exam. The trick here is even if you don't have a free exam card it is 99, so no matter what it is 99. Second he brings his kids to work and it totally ruins the atmosphere because all they do is run around screaming and playing with baloons. The receptionist isn't to great. Finally, he hurt my back. It is much worse now then when I started going.

I definately don't recommend this guy. First of all whats up with his children running around everywhere, its totally annoying and definatley not a a relaxing place to be. Also he hurts my neck and my back...and gives me headaches. I literally walk in without a headache and leave with one. Isnt't that backwards? Anyways this business and this guy are total crap.
