Personnel Plus

Last year I was having trouble finding a job, so I decided to give Personnel Plus a try. Jessica was the recruiter that helped me. The ladies in the office were friendly, professional & made me feel comfortable . They really do try their best , & it's great to know that there's help when you need it. Thanks again ladies, I'd definitely recommend it to friends....

I am currently employed with Personnel Plus. I have been working with Juanita. They have been wonderful and encouraging. I keep working with them because i feel they truly make an effort to find a decent job for their employees. I would recommend this agency to my friends..

I went to this agency back in 2012 before i got deployed. They understood I needed something temp. After a week of meeting with Juanita Benitez she found me and Admin position. That position was great! It paid the $ i was looking for and the hours i wanted. I was working for maybe 6 months but then had to leave for more training. I knew i would have the same job anymore but I am happy to have worked with them because when i get back to California i know theres people out there I can trust. I met Juanita, Pearl and another recruiter who were all very nice ladies. I felt comfortable and would def go back .

First of all, I am going to start this review off with " NOTHING BUT AWESOME ". Let me break it down for everyone. I was unemployed, unable to get work, went to many interviews, applied to every agency known to the valley. (Literally) 10+... Don't get me wrong, I have outstanding skills, knowledge, work ethic. Only thing that was killing my opportunities were my visible tattoos. Extremely hard to get accepted into corporate work with a visible tattoo. Let's face it, it's true. As I continued my 1 + year search for a decent job, decent pay, decent atmosphere. Just someone to basically to give me a chance to display my skills. No luck at all, No calls, No emails etc. So my brother recommended Personnel Plus to me since his company uses them often. I'm going to be honest, at this point I had just giving up thinking I will get the same outcome. I WAS SOOO WRONG!!!! I went to Personnel Plus and met with Juanita Benitez. She was just amazing, helpful, caring, basically someone who gets things done. Went through my interview with Juanita and explained my situation and strong points. Great interview. My situation and skill set wasn't really up to date in the office environment. ( Haven't worked in office in 6+ years ). So some companies were not interested. Let's be real, it happens. However, after meeting with Juanita only "ONCE" I thought maybe she was busy and had forgot about me or had put me on a wait list. That's all that had ever happened to me at other agencies showing no interest. Won't mention any names. Appleone, Officeteam and so on. So I started just using Career builder, Monster etc. All efforts have been exhausted. One day I had rec'd a call from Juanita. ( Keep in mind I had stopped following up at this point or calling for updates) I was surprised to see her calling. ( THIS WAS THE "ONLY" AGENCY I EVER REC'D A FOLLOWUP CALLS(s) FROM LITERALLY ) So I answered the call. She had advised me of a job opportunity and whether or not I was interested in applying. Juanita being the sweetest, kindest professional that she is, had went over the basics of the job descriptions. So I told Juanita I'm very interested. She stated she will submit my application and wait to hear back from the company. Anyone who works with agencies KNOWS exactly what I mean. The VERY next day she calls back, I answered... the best words I ever heard.... " They would like you to start this Monday "... SHOCKED AND VERY EXCITED... Started on Monday with company, displayed my work ethics and skills, ONE MONTH later company hired me on as FULL-TIME. ( I was 90 day-Temp to hire ) directly with the company. Great pay, Great Benefits, Great Company, Great office environment.. Long story short. I was and always will be truly blessed for walking into Personnel Plus. The entire staff is just AMAZING. If you need help finding employment, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PERSONNEL PLUS!!!!! If you are wasting time at other agencies, researching, applying. You are just wasting your time. I promise. Personnel Plus is the only "ONE" stop employment agency. My review will end like this.... Juanita and staff, Thank you very much for everything. You indeed are my good graces. God Bless..



For everyone looking for employment.. All I say to you is this... "PERSONNEL PLUS"

I have been working with Personnel Plus as an employer since 1986. They are the first firm I call when we have openings. They have an excellent supportive staff and are responsive to our employment needs with very good employees.

Personnel Plus excels in matching applicants with positions – as they did for me twice in the past 20 years. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to them anyone looking for either a permanent or temporary position. If I ever need to find another position myself, they will be the first agency I call.

I would definately recommend this agency. I know that in times like these it is difficult for anyone to find a job. There are always friendly and do their best to submit me to positions that they feel would benefit me as well as the company. Other agencies tend to look out for themselves and try to lie about the job just so that they can fill it. I don't mind calling every week for them to put me on a list because I know that when they have something that I would be a good fit for, I will get a call.



As for the review from Jobseeker 123123, maybe it's your attitude that keeps them from helping you. If I was in their shoes, I wouldn't have such a negative person representing my company either! Sometimes we have to look at ourselves and wonder if WE are the problem =) Good luck in your jobseeking!
