Location: 41 West Main Street North, PA 16428 East Tuesday - Friday 9am - 8 pm Darlene Youngs and Cheryl Phillips drew upon their 20 years of experience in the Beauty Industry to bring this little piece of Heaven to the quaint town of North East, Pennsylvania. The doors of Bella Salon & Day Spa opened October of 2002. In 2007, original staff member, Stephanie Hamels-Dowd brought forth her talent and experience to become a joint business partner.
