Newly built apartment complexes offering 1-2 bedroom and 1-2 bathroom set ups. Situated in a transitional area . Conveniently near to I-75 and dowtown Dallas. The amenities is complete like swimming pools, business center, and gym. On the other hand, the sound proofing of each unit is poor. Especially if one is situated on the 1st or second floor. You could hear your neighbors' heavy footsteps especially in the late hours of the night. Management cannot do anything about this despite several complaints that you could submit. Its nice to have the pool view. But during summer, pools rules are not well observed. Some tenants would party late and disturb your sleep. Thus, avoid choosing this attraction. The garage is well gated yet there has been several car brake in during my one year stay.Hence, never leave anything valuable for theives to be tempted. Do hope management will focus on this issues for tenants to enjoy their stay on this complex.
was looking for a place in the victory park area and i stumbled upon a new apartment development a stones throw from american airlines center. when i visited the property i was elated to see the numerous spacious floor plans with a modern chic touch. the amoumt of time, detail, and service the sales lady "Holly" provided was exceptional. she worked with me to find the right home to fit me and my family without killing my budget. moving is a thing i dread as much as the dental visit yet holly made it a quick and seamless event. i appreciate the personal service and not being treated as another number in the books. since living here the service and attention has been in line with my inital visits as a prospective buyer. to me that shows true caring and customer service followthrough. i would highly recommend this establishment and my awesome leasing lady Holly!
All in all, Camden has been my favorite place to live. I've lived in Las Vegas, Dallas, Austin, Oklahoma City, and Chicago. I lived here for three years before attending Law School in Oklahoma City, and upon graduating CFM was the obvious choice when I moved back to Dallas. Sure there are little problems here and there, but every place has problems. Keep in mind this is a large community with 1000+ units, managing that type of volume can be difficult but CFM does extremely well given the circumstances. I've spoken with friends who chose other places after law school and they cannot believe the amenities and value here. I do not plan on moving anytime soon. I will be staying here until I purchase my first home (but in reality, this place will always be my home!) Also, I think I speak for all of us when I say good riddance to TWC! Have a great day everyone.
