        It may not be the same experience that others had, but I had a terrible episode with these people and the funeral director. I have never seen such childish and selfish behaviour from people who are supposed to be professionals. We had a funeral some years back for a family member who brought in their pastor for the services. The director totally dishonoured the pastor and his First Nation ways of handling the service. The director openly complained to the pastor at the end of the service and abandoned him at the grave site.
