Used to be great. Like a big yard sale. Some good produce. But 99% of the stuff looks like what you may find people throwing away.
Or maybe a yard sale in mexico.
So its like you pay to get in to go dumpster diving.
Since most will not find anything worth buying there should not be a charge to get in. Let them make their money from the vendors or ones that benefit.

Market is great for Buyers,not so much for Vendors!!!.Management CONSISTENTLY treats its sellers like Garbage!!,the only Business I know that CONSTANTLY treats its main source of Income like Dirt.Refusing to open the Overflow while you have 40+ sellers lined up and waiting!,pure Arrogance/ Ego on Managements part!!.At $20 a pop for a seller space,you should not have too deal with this Sh!t every week,absolutely no rhyme or reason for it,parking lot is empty open the son of a b!tch up!!!!.If the owner of Bellwood should read this GET RID OF YOUR CURRENT MANAGEMENT TEAM!!!,they're inflexible/intransigent ,they've just been there too damn long!!!!

the place is now horrible, it's junkie junk, not trash to treasures sort of things like from your attic or yard sales, Most can't even speak English and alot of us can't speak spanish. It's not like it used to be. I will not be going back again and it's a shame. I remember when the place was full of vendors but now ....... wouldn't waste my time or money to go there now

They have a decent snack bar, the variety of stuff that is sold varies from week to week. The best months are March - May and October - November. Many vendors selling produce, coins, collectibles, or just emptying out their garage. Many hidden treasures to be found here to please even the most discriminatory looker.
