I had my engagement ring redone here they charged me WAY too much and took too long. When i got my ring back it was almost 2 sizes too small. I tried explaning to them it was too small and they were very rude and basically said they didnt believe it was a 7 1/2 in the first place so i had to prove to them by calling where i had it sized. So they are resizing it and it has been another 2 weeks i just called and they said its still not done. DO NOT GO HERE! Save some time and money and just go to kays.

Tried to by my wife a mother's day gift when salesman wanted me to fill out a bunch of paper work which is stupid when gift shopping who has time for that.. Would not sale to me unless I fill out paperwork. I am glad that Reed's Jewelers was just down the hall and they got my almost 500 dollar sale.
