        I had a broken window. Their initial insight inspection appointment was kept on time. Very efficient. I was told someone would contact me in 24 hours with estimate costs ant repair time. After no response for 4 days I called. There were very apologetic. Had to order glass, required 50% deposit ($125), would call back in no more than 3 weeks after glass came in. 4 weeks later I called them. Glass was in and would be here at 8:30 AM next day. 9:00 AM I called. Stuck in traffic was just around corner. 10:00 I again called. Was told their previous appointment ran over and would be here shortly. Would be here at 10:30. At 9:00 they must have stopped along the way (just around corner) at a new more profitable job. I rescheduled another appointment and missed work for this window appointment. The repair men were awesome. 3 administrative follies, required constant follow up.

        Overall

        Took my 63" X 42 " x 1/4" mirror to be cut into 12 ea 9' x 16" pieces. Got a call later they had broken the mirror are were not responsible for it . But they still could fulfilll the order fro $86.71 if i still wanted it. They were sorry but again not responsible for anything left with them. NOT recommended nor will i ever use them again.
