I was in a very damaging cosmetic car accident but North Canton Collision had my Lexus looking brand spanking new in just 2 days! It was the best car service I've ever encountered! From the moment I walked in, I was treated in a friendly and professional manner. Jason was incredibly fair with his estimate and made numerous calls to find me the cheapest parts possible. When I came to pick up my car, I was astonished at the transformation. The bumper, fender and paint job were seamlessly melded and my car was fantastically vacuumed and cleaned. It was as if I was driving a new car off the lot. Thank you North Canton Collision!

Wish more auto body shops were like this. My bumper was messed up from backing into another car the night before causing my trunk to not close properly. I brought it in and the owner took a look at it. In a matter of minuets he had it closing properly and fixed the dent in my bumper to boot. Very affordable and great customer service, I recommend them to anyone.

I recently picked up my 2006 Hyundai Tuscon from North Canton Collision after an unfortante accident. I was pleased with my experience from begining to end. From the fast,courtesy tow truck driver who picked me up from the accident to the to the guy washing my car when i came to pick it up. The owner went over the car with me and showed me everything that was done. It was so nice to be treated so well in society today. This was the second vehicle I had fixed there and I can say I would never trust my vehicle to anyone else.

I have had my vehicle repaired several times at this shop and have no complaints. The quality is excellent and customer service is great!!

I have had the unfortunate pleasure of having four teen drivers. Responsible, great children they may be, with good grades and extra-curriculars, but excellent drivers they are not.



I have had our vehicles to the following collision centers around the area.



Stancato's on Lincolnway in Massillon, excellent service and repair work, especially paintwork.

Elite Auto Body, on Perry, in Massillon, excellent service and repair work as well.



I have also had one vehicle taken to North Canton Collision Center. As the saying goes, "I would not wish this upon my worst enemies."



They are perhaps the only Body Shop without a paint booth! A paint booth allows for superior paint work, by primarily preventing any debris from contaminating the fresh paint and clear coat on the car. My vehicle had 4 clear coat blemishes on a fender alone! A compact car fender mind you, not even a full size vehicle fender.



Even after fighting with them many times, the body panel fit and finish is awful! They won't repair, refuse even, to fix it, saying it's not possible. Well, all I can say, is that if it shipped from the factory that way, and the damage was strictly cosmetic, with no structural damage, how is it impossible to fix this?



I would strongly recommend, that if you want your car to look the way it did off, the showroom floor, take it to either Stancato's or Elite Auto Body. John and Ty from Stancato's and Elite, respectively, will perform a superior repair job, while being very competitive on price. I have endured all this trouble, and waste of time, because it saved my insurance a lousy $100.



I WILL NEVER BRING A CAR BACK TO THIS COLLISION CENTER, EVEN IF IT REQUIRES SWITCHING INSURANCE COMPANIES!!!
