I felt Malouf GMC was a little deceptive in their sales practices. We negotiated a final sales price but they failed to disclose to me that a $750 GMC loyalty discount was included in the negotiated sales price till the paper work was drawn up two days later due to Memorial Day holiday. In essence what I thought I was paying I was then paying $750 more. Also, they initially told me I didn't qualify for a credit union membership discount. Then, when I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car they told me I qualified for the discount yet discount never applied to my price (they kept the discount?). I questioned the salesman Mike Cozzo but never received a reply from him regarding my concerns. To think of it I was a repeat customer. Definitely, not going back and wouldn't recommend dealership and will bad mouth them to others.
