I walked in with a large backpack stuffed with old coins sorted in little baggies; about a hundred baggies in all. I thought these gentlemen are going to throw me out, but instead, they were appreciative of my thoughtful sorting. They were kind, they were concerned for my comfort and they were efficient. Each bag was inspected, each coin within each bag given the same attention as the next. And while my mother's estate didn't net much from the effort, they still did what they could for me and I truly appreciated their time and expertise. I felt like I was in the hands of real experts who took the time to help me. Their integrity was apparent; I felt I was in the hands of trustworthy individuals. Their offices are clean, secure and private. I wouldn't hesitate to go back there again if I find something I think has value and I recommend them to you without reservation. V. Davis
Got some coins from my grandfather and needed some money for school. I went in to see how much they are worth and sold it. Nice staff. Then I ask them if they would buy any of my grandfather's collectible items that he left for me, and I told them that it's a big collection that fills up a room. They said that they can come and take a look instead of me bringing in all the stuff. They were so honest. It's nice to deal with people who knows what they are talking about and can give me a fair deal. If you have any rare items, bring them the items and since they are experts they can give you a price for it.
I have had the opportunity of doing business with Robert R. Johnson over several years. I have found them to be unsurpassed in being honest, helpful, and educational. I have appreciated all aspects of their professionalism including their great attention to detail and full disclosure. I would recommend them to anybody interesting in learning more about coins or stamps.
