Trio On The Bay

WARNING!!!!! WARNING!!!!! Stay Away from this place!!!!!!! On Saturday night we decided to take a friend to this place (Trios on the Bay) to have dinner we had also planned to stay after dinner for the nightclub scene. To start off they had our whole party of 12 waiting outside for a table when we had already made reservations. Ok fine the table wasent ready or was it??? Lol they had 2 members of our party waiting at a table already. So finally when they figured out they sat us. They took our order everything was ok at this point, but when the food started coming every single person at our table had something wrong with their order. Can u believe that???? 12 people wrong order! Apparently they had run out of food lol and without asking us what we wanted instead. No they put w/e they wanted on the plate. i had to wait 20 mins extra for steak sauce that i had to ask the waitress 3 times reminding her that my steak was getting cold. besides that 2 ppl from our group had to wait 40 mins more then everyone else. The food was cold, did not have any taste, the services from the waiter was horrible. We asked to speak with a manager and he never showed up!!!! im sorry but at trios they should have a dollor menu cause thats what the food is worth and to tell u the truth mceds $ menu is more tasteful and the servies it 100% times better. thanks to the bad service we did not stay for the club. we took our money else were. and i suggest you do the same to not waste ur time or money this place sucks!!!!

On May 7, 2012, what was supposed to be a joyous celebration of multiple birthdays ended up a complete disaster at Trios on the Bay. All members of our large party left prematurely disgusted and enraged at the terrible service or lack thereof, the mediocre food and outright rudness of many staff members including the manager Anthony who threatened to call the cops. It took 45 minutes after we were seated at a long table before a waiter came to take our orders; a full 90 minutes for the food to come and over 2 hours and still no food for 2 members of our party. The food was atrocious - you'd get better at a diner or cafeteria. We were all shocked that this place is Zagat rated (bad for Zagat and other future diners who render any credibility to Zagat). We were not the only ones cribbing about the food and service. And the place wasn't even full for a Sunday brunch. Warning to all - stay away! No stars to rate this dump. Would be an insult to the word star. Had to give it a star or else this review wouldn't be accepted. That star is a lie!
