Do not use them. Was at one of their back yard laser tag parties for little kids and the workers (one was Kenny)drank beer the whole time while working. Could not believe it. And then they took off early.

I can never recommend this company. Very poor customer service. Takes your money and runs.



I was shocked at the lack of customer comes first, so much so owner Steve made me cry. The guys were great and I tipped them but the owner confirmed after they left that they took off early.(I thought the time included set up but it did not) He offered me a refund of the unused time but then Steve the owner forgot that customer comes first. The guys made up some story of why they shorted me the time, so he told me basically to take a hike. Regardless, bottom line he did not care aboutme after he had my money. So sad. I learned my lesson.
