I purchased a Nissan Maxima with 30,000 or so miles from Car Vision 4 years ago. The car was great. I am hard on a cars. I serviced the car with them, basically it only needed routine maintenance. Two months ago I went to Car Vision with my 145,000 mile Maxima and traded it in for a 2007 Infiniti M 35. The car was like new. The new car is a total upgrade from my Maxima. It has every option. I don't even need to take my key out of my pocket when locking or starting the car. How cool. The people at Car Vision- including my salesperson Jason, the manager Dennis and the owner Dean- have been so pleasant to deal with. My brakes were squeaking last week, I was outside the warranty time and Car Vision fixed my breaks for free. They gave me a free loaner car (granted it wasn't as nice as the M 35 I purchased). I went to the King of Prussia mall and with in the hour received a text that the car was done, what a pleasent surprise. These guys are a class act- 2 thumbs up!!!!!
My entire car purchase experience with CarVision was OUTSTANDING! I made an inquiry through their website regarding Chevy Impala SS. I received a response shortly after from a sales rep- Contrell Jones (Great guy!). I let him know that I would be traveling out of state, and would only have a 2hr window before I returned to work. He assured me that I would be in and out (which is unheard of when financing a car). I arrived to the dealership 10 mins after they opened. In the front was the Impala SS shined up with the engine running, waiting to go for a test drive. Even with my "not so good credit," I was in and out as Contrell promised. EXCELLENT customer service, NO HASSLE, and very efficient employees; from the detailers to the finance managers.
Shawn Griffin helped us find a vehicle that suited our needs. He took all the criteria my boyfriend and I were looking for in a car (we are picky) and gave us several options that fit in our budget. I liked that we weren't being pushed into a car that pushed our price limit, like other dealers we looked at did. He found us a vehicle that had everything we wanted- right in our price range. He was very nice and a pleasure to work with. Buying a car is usually stressful, and we had looked at so many dealerships and I was getting really frustrated. This dealership was simple- right to the point, and no pressure. It actually wasn't on our list of places to look at but we were driving by and decided to stop in and I'm glad we did.
