I have never experienced a business before that has offered me such exceptional service! Usually I hate taking any vehicle to a service location, and especially my late-model import. I always feel uncomfortable with the staff, uneasy about their equipment, or just paranoid about the quality of service that my car will receive. This was not the case at all at Eurosport! My BMW needed a 30,000 mile inspection, and I was nervous about taking my vehicle to a dealership where I knew I wouldn't receive individual attention, so I thought that I would try this place out. When I arrived, I was welcomed by a very freindly reception staff that made me feel at ease about handing my car off to someone else. The lobby area is very warm and welcoming, and they even have a full-service coffee bar while you wait! The service staff was exceptional; they were the most knowledgeable staff I have ever encountered, and I have owned import cars, and thus have had to take them in for servicing, for many years, but I was utterly blown away by how competent and professional the staff here was. The whole procedure didn't take much time at all, but to keep me occupied while my car was being serviced, they even have a complimentary shuttle that took me out to lunch, drove me to the bank to finish a few errands, and even took me by the office so I could tie up a few loose ends. Wow! Most importantly, though, when my car was finished, I was thoroughly relieved by the reports that the expert technicians gave me. They were very honest about the condition of my car, and didn't throw on bogus recommendations for servicing that I'm used to when taking my car in for repairs. As far as the cost is concerned, for the level of service, peace of mind, and comfort that I received at Eurosport, there is no question that I will take all of my cars here in the future. What a wonderful experience! 10 out of 10 easily.
My service advisor, Chris, was one of the most knowledgeable and helpful people I have ever worked with. I am not very mechanically inclined, and he went out of his way to help me understand what is happening with my car. Most other places that i have been to for service make you feel like you are asking too much to have a repair explained to you in laymen's terms. Chris emailed photos of the problem, and offered a couple of options for how to perform the repair as affordably as possible(I have never experienced that before). I would recommend him, and Eurosport to anyone without hesitation.
I have been using Eurosport since they opened and have had nothing but the best repair work on my cars. Clean,courteous,honest and thorough. It's obvious they take pride in their shop. Chris(manager) is very helpful and the mechanics are the best. I've never had to take my car back because it's repaired right the first time which is important to me because I live in OKC and work downtown OKC. Plus you can't beat the coffee while you wait. Highly recommend.
