Which Wich

Excellent food, excellent, hard working staff- terrible, draconian and Fascist corporate managers. I vote this ONE star- not because the food quality is poor- but because supporting a company that treats its employees with such disrespect and contempt is wrong. The owners of this company are obviously very wealthy, but unlike other franchisees and corporations, the owners and corporate employees have a lust for profit that supersedes any business I have heard of. I've heard many stories from workers at this location that cites several breaches of health and safety protocols conducted-- not by the employees-- but by a member of higher management, i.e, handling lettuce and other food stuffs without gloves, etc. Also, workers are required to deliver food and are never compensated via delivery charge. Many people I've spoken to said they often receive 1 tip per 10 deliveries, forcing them to pay for mileage out of their own pockets. I do not believe this particular location, or this company all together, is good for America. This is a Texas run corporation and, if recent news is any indication, these people do not care about the poor or the struggling working class. Corporate apparently reprimands employees on a regular basis for nothing and offers no positive reinforcement for a job well done. Also, according to friends, worker productivity is gauged on a continual basis by security cameras throughout the store which is, for all intensive purposes, insane. Do not support this location or this corporation. They take advantage of the poor and have terrible higher management with virtually no other skill set than earning money and taking lengthy vacations off the profits earned by the struggling, mistreated workers they employ. I've heard at least five stories like this from employees at this location in the past 5 years and I've never gone back since.

Superior is an under statement. Great sandwiches but service can be a little slow.
