If you aren't a family member you won't win I hear. Seems to be about right.

Friendly staff, decent payouts, fun place to be. You can't be a winner all the time but but I have been 2/3's. It may not have been much, but I usually walk out with a little more than what I go in with. This is the only place I have ever gotten a "Hot Seat Drawing"!!!

You think you will win because a few others are but after awhile you see the same faces winning over and over. People win the drawings, hot seats that this casino wants to win, not randomly, not because they are 'lucky' or find a good machine, they have admitted that only those who come regularly win hot seat drawings. People likely their family members won the thousand dollar drawings, it's rigged to the hilt. They only pretend to pull a name from the hopper, they have it in their hand all ready, either the one pulling the name or the one who they pretend it pass it to in order to call the name.

I DON'T GO THERE ANYMORE for the person who snidely commented to others for the complaints, they are just TOO corrupt, the SMOKE so thick you can cut it with a knife and the favoritism with certain people insanely unfair. The techs on the floor KNOW when a jackpot is fixing to hit and on what machine. One guy that worked there gave his mother insane amounts of free play on her card so she could win big on the machines with money from people's cards that didn't come that day to use it. She bragged about it while she won several thousand dollars killing the machines for anyone else that came along that day.

Regulars that play the bid dollar machines win the jackpots. I went there for years trying to win one and only OTHER people won them that were picked by the techs.

I watched a girl win $2900 off a progressive with the techs all around her, knowing she would win, waiting for a 'hand out' after she did win.

You think you are any different? HELLO? After the management changed it got so bad there, so disgusting one tech told me that they are not there to give the players money, they are there to TAKE YOUR MONEY! It was the nicest thing he ever did was to tell the TRUTH. THEY CHEAT YOU!

I READ THESE REVIEWS AND SOME ARE JUST STUPID, IF YOU ARE NOT WINNING OR YOU THINK THE PEOPLE ARE RUDE WHY DO YOU GO THERE? HUH?

I THINK THE PEOPLE ARE GREAT, I HAVE BEEN TO ABOUT EVERY CASINO IN OKLAHOMA AND THUNDERBIRD BY FAR IS THE MOST FRIENDLY PLACE AROUND. ITS LIKE OUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME.

ALL THE STAFF ARE THE MOST HELPFUL, I PERSONALLY HAVE NEVER WON A JACKPOT AND BEEN GOING FOR AT LEAST 7 YEARS 4 TIMES A WEEK. BUT IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY OR EXPECT TO WIN YOU DON'T NEED TO GO TO ANY CASINO.

Theres a few casinos here in OK but none as friendly and pay as well as Tbird. My money goes here when I want to go out. Good food cheap. Everybody there is willing to help if i need anything. They announce hotseats all the time. Matchplay every day of the wk. Good time? Go there if you want one.

I like to come to Thunderbird casino, it's a little out of my way. The way I'm treated when I'm there is alot better than at the other casinos I've attended. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I had a machine malfunction and the little girl tech was very helpful and nice. They offer some of the best promotions by far. I mean where else can you match your play 4 days a week, and win cash hot seats? I really enjoy the atmosphere for the most part, the only downfall is the nickle and dime pinchers that b!tch about not hitting anything betting 9 cents a spin. I mean thats ridiculous!!! And it's gambling, odds are you're not going to win everytime you go to a casino. Get over it and quit spending your welfare check on gambling. Get a real job and shut up.

Thunderbird is awsome. Hit 2 jackposts there last week. Matchplay everyday of the week for most people and you get a $500 drawing entry for every Sunday every time you get the match. Hot seats after matchplay and they go on for hours. The staff are very nice and helped me with everything I needed. My friends and I really like going there. You get alot of food for next to nothing when you go to the grill. There's alot on their menu for next to nothing. There is karaoke in the bar on Friday and Saturday night. I don't play at the card tables but they were full while I was there. They were having a FREE $500 tournament. The slot machines are new and they keep bringing in more. If you have a little extra head out to Thunderbird Casino. You will probably make it back and then some.

my wife and i went there and the people that work there were very nice and offered to get us players cards and drinks , the food at the grill and the buffet is some of the best around and for a reasonable price the people working the front desk asked us how were doing and really listened to what we had to say, all of the girls at the cashiers windows were very friendly when we went to cash out. the security guards were curtious when my wife needed to walk to the car they took her out to the car and back and they even held the door for her. the players club was the best we have ever been to they were all nice to us they answered every question we had the indian lady with black hair that works the front desk was very nice to me and my wife when we had a hard time figuring out how to work the players card and even told us how we get the point and what they were good for. the guys that work on the slot machines were very helpful while we were there playing when my wife's machine went down they were right there ready to fix the problem and it was fixed in less than a minuet. the ladies that clean up the casino keep the area that we were in very clean. the bar in there has drinks that are not watered down and for a good price not like the other casinos we have been to like fire lake grand. when i was over at the card tables everyone over there was very nice to me and my wife even though she had no idea how to play black jack.and we hit 3 jackpots while we were there.

If you are one of the fortunate ones to win a time or two they will be sure you don't win again until they get it all back plus everything else you have. They attempt to make you take your guard down by letting you win then, turn the table on you.

I have been duped along with hundreds of others with the same story. It stinks! The chairs are filthy, covered with suet from ciggarette smokers droppings all over the chairs and machines, nasty buttons that are sticky, coughing players with who knows what diseases, there is a skummy bar in it, drunks stumbling all over the place.

Watch your wallet, your machine. I played a machine, left a few cents in it, put up my chair to go to the bathroom and when I cam back some woman with bumps all over her had taken my chair down and was playing my machine. She refused to give it back or return my money. Security would do nothing! That's happened more then once! People will walk by and check out your money from your machine and just keep walking, pick up your purse if it's sitting in a chair next to you or between the machines, looking for that chance. If you drop money, they will get it.

I lost $350.00 because some guy jumped my dollar machine when I stepped over to get more money out of an atm, the chair was up but he put a dollar in, played one spin and thought he won it big apparently. I told him that was my money, he just scoffed that it was HIS now. Low life people that go there and the management isn't any better.

I gave a written report of a theft from a dollar machine I was watching and holding for my husband, some young guy and his girlfriend sat down at it, started playing it and refused to get off, refused to give our money back or the machine, the casino did nothing and didn't give us back our money this couple took or do anything about them. It was our loss.

They have tightened their machines so tight that only the high dollar machines in a circle will pay anything, if at all. When they pay out all the smaller machines go dead to feed the people plaing those big dollar machines. Totally unfair!

The drawings are RIGGED! They pre choose who they want to win the hot seats, the drawings for $1,200.00 and the boat they just gave away! They picked one guy twice because he wasn't there the first time! Never our name and we spent thousands getting coupons to fill that bin. I think they threw all ours away! They had to not to call us even once, they chose 50 names out of that hopper.

Just because it's an 'indian' casino they think they can slit your throat and get away with it just like Firelake Grand Casino that beat a man to death last Christmas just because he needed his meds. His mother stood on the outside screaming for them to stop kicking him, they refused to stop until he was dead. Safe place to go? Think about it! OKC won't do ONE thing!

Soverign immunity they call it. I'd like to see them dodge a soverign immunity bullet if they try that on my kid! I'm indian too, so that makes me just as immune as they are.....NOT.

The FBI needs to investigate these corrupt facilities, they are scalping everyone that goes into those places inclulding the Sac and Fox Casino! They suck on Thursdays! NOTHING will pay! One or two lucky dogs out of the whole evening might get something but for the most, it's pick pocket time.

Speaking of pick pocket, I told Sac and Fox that some black woman deliberately ran in to me on their opening day, they were suppose to see who she was because she ousted $2,700 dollars from my purse when she did that. I never heard back from them.

To top this off there are people who stalk those who win at Sac and Fox in particular, follow them and many have been found dead in the river and some followed and robbed right in their driveways! BUY MASE and put it on your keychain, be AWARE of your surroundings! They could care less about you. Any of them!
