The Appliance Guys

I went to The Appliance Guys looking for an inexpensive used washer-dryer without bells and whistles. They showed me what they had on hand without trying to upsell me. They arranged delivery on my schedule, and when the plug in my residence was non-standard, they switched out the cord for me without any hassle. About a week later, the timer on the dryer malfunctioned. They came out at my convenience and checked the machine, ordered the right part and reinstalled it - again working with my crazy schedule. When you buy a used appliance, you might expect the inconvenience of non-standard fits, worn out parts that tested fine the week before, etc. But the kind of customer service I have gotten from The Appliance Guys is better than any customer service I have received for brand new appliances bought at big chain stores. I feel like they value me as a customer every time I call them.

Call these people if you have an appliance problem! My dryer broke recently and I called several places but The Appliance Guys were able to come to the house for a reasonable rate. The repairman arrived at the scheduled time, listened to my problem and was able to take care of all my issues in the time alloted for the service call. He was courteous and respectful. And my dryer works great again!
